Tips for Online (Silent) Auction:

• All silent auction bidding will take place through your mobile device or with a bidding assistant located throughout the room.
• You should have recieved your own personal bidder link via email and/or text on September 12th. You will also get a welcome message at check-in the night of the gala that also includes this link.
• All silent auction items are displayed on the auction tables but you can also view them on your mobile device and bid on them from anywhere in the room.
• Search for packages by number or keyword using the magnifying glass or category under menu.
• If you are out-bid, you will receive a text message.
• To get back to the main screen, click the House icon.
• Bidding assistants are in gray t-shirts with black writing scattered around the room. Watch the leader board or check back in with a bidding assistant to see if you are still the highest bidder.

Quick Bid: Bid the next increment.

Max Bid: Save time and get your item! Let the system automatically place bids for you by using the Max Bid option. Bidding will automatically continue in your favor until your max bid is reached or until the auction closes. If your bid is lower than the highest max bid on that package, you will be prompted to enter a higher bid. Your bid only increases if you are outbid and it may not reach the maximum bid. To place a straight bid, turn the Max Bid feature off and select your desired amount.

Tips for Live Auction & Paddle Raise:

• To enter a bid, raise your hand with your auction paddle, attracting the attention of the auctioneer or spotter.
• When a bidder is acknowledged by the auctioneer as the winner, the winning bidder thereby agrees to accept and pay for the item as the stated bid. In addition, the winning bidder assumes full risk and responsibility for the item.
• The auctioneer will have sole discretion to set bids commensurate with the value of the item being sold.
• The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the buyer. In the event of any disputes, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the item in dispute.
• All items are sold “As Is” and all sales are final.
• All items must be paid in full before the buyer’s departure for the evening.
• Monetary values indicated on items are only estimates.
