Cancer Can't Grant Program
Welcome to the Cancer Can’t Grant program. We get cancer and understand the strain it takes on a person not only physically and emotionally but also financially. That’s why we came up with this grant program to help cancer patients in the Inland Northwest who are struggling with cancer and also need some assistance. This is a one-time only grant program, so once you’ve received a grant you cannot apply again. We want to help as many people as possible, and there are a lot of people with cancer out there. So if you are currently battling cancer and need assistance with medical costs or other essential items like your rent/mortgage, electricity bill, gas or food please fill out all of the application and submit it to Cancer Can’t. We understand that each situation is unique so please be as detailed as possible as to how we can help. We will thoughtfully consider all applications, however we only have $10,000 to give each quarter.
Please follow the instructions below:
- Fill out all the application for the grant program. Know that all the paperwork must be filled out to be considered for a grant. Also note that an oncologist or social worker must sign off that you are currently battling cancer.
- Please write a letter to Cancer Can’t explaining your cancer diagnosis, what led you to financial hardship and your current financial needs.
- Please make sure you provide your most recent pay stub, recent bank statement, and a copy of the previous calendar years W-2 and tax filing form. We require this info for screening and fraud purposes.
- Please make sure you sign the release form.
